La calidez y amabilidad del personal, cordiales y siempre predispuestos. La vista y los atardeceres son magníficos. El desayuno muy completo.

La distancia desde el centro o el resto de las playas. El ingreso al estacionamiento complicado. El colchón de nuestra habitación necesitaba un cambio.

No recomiendo segun precio calidad, buffet reducido, mala ubicación y dificil acceso a hotel si no tienes movilización p

Muy lejos del centro, difícil ubicación entorno de hotel aparenta descuidado, dificil llegar si no tienes auto, no hay transporte público y ubers no llegan por app, solo por reserva y cobran caro. Encontramos ropa sucia en la habitación perteneciente a otros huespedes, el huesped de al lado fumó y se paso el olor a nuestra habitación por los ductos de ventilación (decidieron cambiarnos de habitación ya que el olor era fuerte) aunque sin costos. Desayuno no es buffet, mas bien te sirven de todo un poco, ademas nos toco lluvia y este se encontraba en una terraza!!! Y hacian aprox 12-15 grados afuera (pasamos frío al desayunar, al proximo dia pedimos a la habitación, salía 30 reales más, los cuales no fueron cobrados supongo por las molestias del cambio de habitación).

La vista. La zona de piscina y restaurante, la construcción.

El olor nauseabundo a cloacas en las habitaciones, las escasas variedad en el buffet a la hora del desayuno , que no dispongan en las habitaciones de un artefacto para calentar agua y tampoco en otro sector del hotel.

Vacaciones de ensueños casi perfectas!!

Todo!! Pasamos 1 semana excelente! La vista increíble, la ubicación con playa propia, aparte del infinity pool con esa vista increíble y a apenas unos minutos en auto de una de las mejores playas de la región “Playa del Estaleiro” El constante movimiento de la entrada de lanchas, yates, jet-ski, podía ser un problema si no tuvieran las ventanas debidamente insonorizadas, pero todo eso hace el lugar aún más interesante Se come muy bien del restaurante y ofrecen el servicio al cuarto sin costo adicional. Que mejor vista se puede tener que la del balcón del cuarto?!!!! el desayuno es excelente, nada queda afuera y lo sirven también en el cuarto La limpieza de las áreas exteriores es excelente. Nosotros, debido a la Pandemia renunciamos a que nos hicieran la limpieza diaria, cosa que respetaron, pero a nuestro pedido nos cambiaban las toallas y nos proveían de los artículos de higiene que se iban terminando. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas.

Yo fui con mi esposo a celebrar una fecha especial para nosotros En la página web se hace propaganda del hotel como hotel de adultos, de pareja, lo que implica tranquilidad Estuvimos allá 7 noches, de las cuales 3 noches (4 días) fuimos incomodados con el llanto constante, desde temprano en la mañana hasta tarde en la noche, de una niña de poco más de un año, acomodada a 2 cuartos de nosotros ( había 1 cuarto de por medio) Eso no lo encontré correcto ni para nosotros ni para la pareja que se estaba quedando al lado de ellos Al preguntar en la portería me informaron que esas personas habían comprado el paquete sin decir que venían con una niña pequeña Yo creo que lo correcto hubiese sido que no lo aceptaran, pues que pasa con todos los demás huéspedes que fueron buscando tranquilidad y pagaron un precio para eso? Además ese hotel no tiene la infraestructura para niños pequeños La piscina no es muy grande (niños hacen pipí en el agua) y no tiene ninguna parte baja, pues no está pensada para niños pequeños!!

very beautiful beach but quite noisy.

location and staff. the caixa D’aço beach and bay are amazingly beautiful.

very noisy during the day. several boats use to come to this wonderful bay full of people to party playing very loud music at the same time. if you want a place to relax, definitively this is not the right one. the food and drinks are very expensive.

It needs a lot of work for a 5 stars!

the food was good, the shower was nice, the view was beautiful, the staff was polite and the room was comfortable with a nice balcony. I loved the cleaning lady, she was really nice and did a wonderful job in our room. The breakfast was per table, never had that kind of approach, was ok. I prefer serving whatever and whenever I want. The lady responsible for serving was kind and adorable, super polite. The pool was wonderful with a spectacular view.

To get to the hotel, we weren't expecting that neighborhood, and where the hotel was. It looked like a private house we had to honk to enter, an awful garage to put our car in and we had to leave the keys in the reception. If it wasn't so expensive to stay there, we almost left. The check-in believe it or not was handwriting papers, 2024 but ok. The lights in the room were set with some kind of emergency light so it didn’t turn completely off which was awful to sleep. It had a terrible sink, very small. the trash bin was rusty, we were afraid to get tetanus. The cushions of the hotel's furniture were all moldy and stinky. The guy from the breakfast kept clapping while talking to us, he said the kitchen was calling him, how rude and annoying, not at all discrete as you expect from a 5-star hotel staff. Overall if it wasn't for the view, it's not worth 5 stars. I thought maybe the beach in front would be good but it's a hard no. I'll never be staying here again and do not recommend it.

The view after 22:00

First of all the view is amazing but this bay is the meeting point for party boats so it was full of boats with very loud music until late (over 7pm) and in the morning starts very early. With that being said, the beach is very dirty, we didn’t have courage to enter in the water. Than the traffic to arrive there is insane!!! But trust me insane!!! We spent 3 hours to make 30km. And this is always like that according to some locals. The property is at the end of no where, it’s one lane road (go and back) very narrow. And once you are there you are stuck, there are no restaurantes or anything else around. The restaurant at the hotel is really so so… my dinner was very salty and the breakfast was very disappointing. The room (we took the small room 30sm) but was really small!! I couldn’t even have space to put my toiletries at the toilet. The property it self is worn down, looks like not maintained at all, the sun beds are very old with holes and the wooden deck is strange. We don’t recomend!

Equipe da recepção, muito simpática, limpeza, cardápio muito satisfatório só perdendo para a vista da varanda do quarto.

Infelizmente a pousada não tinha quarto com acessibilidade, faltando, principalmente a cadeira higiênica e adaptação do banheiro. Me foi avisado, mas poderiam ter alugado uma cadeira higiênica para suprir essa falta de acomodação para pessoas de mobilidade reduzida.
