Very bad experience
Hotel stuff is very nice but cant help due to inadequate management
This location has lots of noise each of 100 boats playing its own super loud music, the hotel is very outdated, holes in the sunbeds and towels. The water on the beach is dirty due to all the boats, the rotten fruits are served when ordered, the food was so bad that I never could have a breakfast or lunch. Had to leave the hotel during the due to the loud noise from 9am till 1am

It needs a lot of work for a 5 stars!
the food was good, the shower was nice, the view was beautiful, the staff was polite and the room was comfortable with a nice balcony. I loved the cleaning lady, she was really nice and did a wonderful job in our room. The breakfast was per table, never had that kind of approach, was ok. I prefer serving whatever and whenever I want. The lady responsible for serving was kind and adorable, super polite. The pool was wonderful with a spectacular view.
To get to the hotel, we weren't expecting that neighborhood, and where the hotel was. It looked like a private house we had to honk to enter, an awful garage to put our car in and we had to leave the keys in the reception. If it wasn't so expensive to stay there, we almost left. The check-in believe it or not was handwriting papers, 2024 but ok. The lights in the room were set with some kind of emergency light so it didn’t turn completely off which was awful to sleep. It had a terrible sink, very small. the trash bin was rusty, we were afraid to get tetanus. The cushions of the hotel's furniture were all moldy and stinky. The guy from the breakfast kept clapping while talking to us, he said the kitchen was calling him, how rude and annoying, not at all discrete as you expect from a 5-star hotel staff. Overall if it wasn't for the view, it's not worth 5 stars. I thought maybe the beach in front would be good but it's a hard no. I'll never be staying here again and do not recommend it.

Very Poor
The view after 22:00
First of all the view is amazing but this bay is the meeting point for party boats so it was full of boats with very loud music until late (over 7pm) and in the morning starts very early. With that being said, the beach is very dirty, we didn’t have courage to enter in the water. Than the traffic to arrive there is insane!!! But trust me insane!!! We spent 3 hours to make 30km. And this is always like that according to some locals. The property is at the end of no where, it’s one lane road (go and back) very narrow. And once you are there you are stuck, there are no restaurantes or anything else around. The restaurant at the hotel is really so so… my dinner was very salty and the breakfast was very disappointing. The room (we took the small room 30sm) but was really small!! I couldn’t even have space to put my toiletries at the toilet. The property it self is worn down, looks like not maintained at all, the sun beds are very old with holes and the wooden deck is strange. We don’t recomend!
